Easy – You get points by interacting with 94.7. There are 3 easy ways to do this.

	Listen out for special keywords throughout the day. When you hear one, send it to 33VIP (33847), (R1.50), in the allocated time and you’ll be rewarded with points
	Bonus codes – Sometimes we’ll give you a chance to earn bumper points by sending through a bonus code. These bonus codes could be hidden at a secret location or Ground Patrol might have them. It’s a bit of work but it will be worth it in the end.

How do I burn points?

	By clicking – Just visit our online shop on the site or get to www.highveld.mobi from your WAP enabled phone.
	By listening – On 94.7 we’ll give you the chance to buy stuff by texting the club with a special keyword

Do my points ever expire?

Yes – but only at the end of December each year, 90% of your points will automatically expire. During the year, you can save up and accumulate as many points as you want – the more points you accumulate the more access you have to the cool stuff that we’ll have on offer through the year. But we really doubt you’ll be able to hold onto points for long – we’ve got some great stuff in store for you.

What if I do not have an SA ID Number?

We have built Club VIP to ensure that nobody can register as you. This is particularly important when you win a prize, or buy something from Club VIP. As the popularity of Club VIP has grown we have built into the system a way to accommodate members who do not have a valid SA ID number. We allow membership to be created using a passport number, rather than an ID number. If you are trying to register and do not have a valid SA ID number, click here to complete a separate registration process.

What happens with my personal information?

It stays private. Club VIP is about 94.7 talking to you and nothing is given to 3rd parties

Will I be bombarded with spam if I sign up?

No – your information is not given out – Club VIP is about understanding and building a relationship with our listeners, and giving you access to great VIP stuff in the process. We’ll only be in touch with you when we have something of value to tell you about Club VIP, and the great VIP stuff. You are able to unsubscribe from any such notifications about the cool stuff on offer. You can just text the word UNSUBSRCIBE from your mobile phone. (Note: unsubscribe means we’ll stop sending you the messages about the cool stuff on offer, and ways to earn points. Whereas DEREGISTER closes your account, and means you’re no longer a VIP and your points will be forfeited.)

Can I de-register?

Yes you can. Unfortunately, this means your account will be closed, and your are no longer a VIP member and your points will be forfeited.
To deregister:

SMS your ID number and the word DEREG to 33VIP (33847).

How much does VIP membership cost?

You’re a VIP so you belong to the hottest club in Joburg for the annual fee of – NOTHING. Yep, membership is free but there are some small costs involved.

	Sending SMSs to 33VIP (33847) costs R1.50 per SMS (free SMSs do not apply).
	Interacting on the web site (highveld.co.za, and highveld.mobi) is free of charge (apart from your usual internet connection costs).
	Calls to 0862 947 947 are charged at VAS rates (Value Added Service).

How long does it take to get stuff delivered to me once I have bought in the VIP shop?

Please give our VIP hosts and hostesses 2 weeks to sort out delivery of your prize or experience, or at least to contact you about how to deliver it to you.

What happens if I change my cell number?

Your cell phone number is essentially your membership number in Club VIP, so it’s an important thing to tell us about. Notify us by SMSing your ID number and name - from your new phone - to 33VIP (33847). The system will automatically move all your points and transactions to your new number. Note, You cannot change your ID number on your VIP account, and it is your ID that will be used to identify you in the event that you buy something from the VIP shop, or when there is a dispute on your account.
