	Club VIP is operated by 94.7 Highveld Stereo
	Membership is open to holders of South African mobile phone numbers
	Only one membership per person is allowed
	Only one person may be registerd to a cell number. Please note that dual numbers will not work. Please see the help page on how to change your cell number.
	Members’ details will be used only by 94.7 for Club VIP activities and will not be given to any third party without the member’s consent.
	Please note that 94.7 Highveld Stereo / Club VIP cannot be held responsible for keywords not getting through to us, due to delays in the networks. We keep the window of opportunity open for a sufficient time period, to ensure you have more than ample time to get through your keywords. The best advice we can offer is to stay tuned, and send your keywords as soon as they’re announced on air.

	Calls to 0862 947 947 are charged at VAS rates
	90% of members’ points will expire at the end of December each year – irrespective of the date you joined.

	To terminate your Club VIP membership click here or SMS DEREG and your ID number to 33VIP (33847). Please note that if you de-register, you will lose all your points and you will not be able to get them back.
	No person may enter the same or any other competition hosted partly or in whole by 94.7 Highveld Stereo / Club VIP within 90 days of winning the same or any other competition hosted partly or in whole by 94.7 Highveld Stereo / Club VIP.
	If you have won a competition on 94.7 Highveld Stereo or Club VIP, you are not excluded from purchasing an item from the Club VIP shop.
	No person may on behalf of a third party, enter any competition hosted partly or in whole by 94.7 Highveld Stereo / Club VIP. All entries must be made personally by the entrant.
	The judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
	No member of 94.7 Highveld Stereo, Club VIP, Africa On Air, Primedia Ltd and/or any of their affiliated companies and/or agencies, and members of their immediate family; nor members of the sponsors of any competition listed on this page, and/or any of their affiliated companies and/or agencies, and members of their immediate family, may enter any of the competitions hosted partly or in whole by 94.7 Highveld Stereo / Club VIP.
	Prizes are not transferable and/or negotiable, unless otherwise specified or agreed with by management.
	After any promotion where the prize is valued at over R25.000.00, the winner will not be eligible to enter any other subsequent promotions or competitions run by the station for a period of three years.
	Subject to sponsor conditions/other agreements, 94.7 Highveld Stereo undertakes to deliver prizes to respective winners only where such winners are located/resident within the geographical area defined by 94.7 Highveld Stereo's terrestrial broadcast/transmission. Winners resident or located anywhere outside of the 94.7 Highveld Stereo terrestrial broadcast/transmission area will be accountable for any costs incurred by the collection of any prize/s that they may win on 94.7 Highveld Stereo / Club VIP.
	Winners of specific competitions accept that certain other conditions may apply as prescribed by 94.7 Highveld Stereo / Club VIP and/or the respective sponsor of the specific competition.
	Any violation or attempt to violate any of the above rules will result in the immediate disqualification/ de-registration of the member.
	By participating in any competition hosted partly or in whole by 94.7 Highveld Stereo / Club VIP, participants further agree to be bound by our internet terms & conditions.
	The intention of Club VIP is that one user has a single account for themselves, and is solely responsible for transacting on and accessing this account. If any misuse is discovered or suspected on a Club VIP members’ account it may be closed at the sole discretion of Club VIP.

	94.7 is not responsible for delayed SMSs regardless of the reason for the delay
	Premium-rated SMSs for music sales are charged at R20.00
	Songs may differ slightly from the versions played on air. This has to do with music rights, which differ for sale and radio play. We have made every effort to ensure that songs do match the versions played on air, however we can’t guarantee that the version you buy will be identical to the one you have heard on air.
